This lot was exposed to aerobic fermentation for 24h and then placed in grainpro bags with CO2 introduced for 50h. Afterwards the coffee was pulped and gently washed before being placed on raised beds and dried to an ideal moisture content. The result is a coffee both complex and clean that showcases the flavor diversity of Huila and its many microclimates.
