SIÊU SAO symbolizes our redefinition of Canephora in specialty coffee. Two years ago, Mikolaj used this coffee at the German Barista Championships. By refusing to use cow’s milk on stage, we made a statement for veganism. Although this initially led to Mikolaj’s disqualification, the coffee industry was so shaken that the SCA revised the rules: the mandatory use of cow’s milk was abolished.
