We have gradually taken on our cakes, snacks and co. More precisely: Tabea took care of it.
Our idea was: if there was nothing wrong with the taste, we would change the recipes so that vegetarian became vegan, meaning we would bake without butter, eggs and milk. Our food not only became vegan, it tastes even better than before. Flavours have become even more subtle, even more balanced. And except for three items, our entire food range is now vegan.
