How to brew with a drip bag

  1. You’ll need 180-200 ml of water at around 94°C. If you don’t have a thermometer, use boiling water and wait about 30 seconds.
  2. Open the bag and hang your filter on your cup.
  3. Pour a small amount of water over the coffee and wait for about 30 seconds (this is called ‘blooming’). Then slowly add the remaining water in small pours over the coffee.
