Coffee: 16g
Water: 210-220g
Temperature: 87-90°C
TDS: 65ppm
Comandante: 5-7 clicks
  1. First pour: 40-50 grams.
  2. Pour again from 30 seconds until reaching 120-130 grams.
  3. Wait until all hot water goes down.
  4. Take the V60 away and add 90 grams of hot water to the brew (bypass).
